LAST UPDATED OCTOBER 2026

Who we are

THE WALK is a film studio producing cinematic property films. We are contactable at studio@thewalk.live. The operating entity is being established; this notice will be updated with its registered details when that is complete.

What we collect

When you commission a film or contact us we collect: the listing link you send us; any photographs, floor plans or files you upload; your name; your WhatsApp number or email address; and basic technical information such as your browser type and the language the site was displayed in. If you use the assistant on this site we retain the text of that conversation.

Voice conversations

If you speak with a property's voice on this site, the conversation is recorded and transcribed, together with any name, phone number or requests you give. We use AI to analyze the conversation, including what was asked and how it was said: the pace, the pauses and the energy, such as interest or hesitation, so the listing agent can reply to what matters to you. Typed conversations are analyzed for their words only. The recording, transcript and analysis are shared only with the agent or brokerage representing that property and with the studio, so they can answer you personally. They are never sold or used for advertising. You can ask for a recording and its analysis to be deleted at any time by writing to studio@thewalk.live.

When you try the voice on this site, the conversation may be recorded and reviewed by THE WALK to improve the service and to follow up with you.

Why we collect it

To produce and deliver the film you have commissioned, to contact you about it, and to keep a record of work carried out. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data to anyone.

Photographs and files you send us

Files you upload are stored securely and used only to produce your film. We do not license, resell or publish them. If you ask us to delete them after delivery we will.

Who else sees it

We use outside services to host this site, store files and process the work. They act on our instructions and have no independent right to use your information. We do not share your details with other agents, brokerages or marketing companies.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are working with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can supply delivered work again if you need it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to studio@thewalk.live and we will respond.

Cookies

This site uses only what is necessary to remember your language preference and to make the site work. We do not use advertising cookies. We count visits to this site ourselves, including the site that sent you here and your country, worked out from your connection without storing your address. If you arrived through a personal link we sent you, a small cookie remembers that link for 90 days, so we can see that you visited, which pages you viewed and for how long.

Changes

If this notice changes we will update the date above.
