Who we are

THE WALK is a film studio producing cinematic property films. We are contactable at studio@thewalk.live. The operating entity is being established; this notice will be updated with its registered details when that is complete.

What we collect

When you commission a film or contact us we collect: the listing link you send us; any photographs, floor plans or files you upload; your name; your WhatsApp number or email address; and basic technical information such as your browser type and the language the site was displayed in. If you use the assistant on this site we retain the text of that conversation.

Why we collect it

To produce and deliver the film you have commissioned, to contact you about it, and to keep a record of work carried out. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data to anyone.

Photographs and files you send us

Files you upload are stored securely and used only to produce your film. We do not license, resell or publish them. If you ask us to delete them after delivery we will.

Who else sees it

We use outside services to host this site, store files and process the work. They act on our instructions and have no independent right to use your information. We do not share your details with other agents, brokerages or marketing companies.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are working with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can supply delivered work again if you need it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to studio@thewalk.live and we will respond.

Cookies

This site uses only what is necessary to remember your language preference and to make the site work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes

If this notice changes we will update the date above.
