The agreement

These terms apply when you commission a film from THE WALK. Commissioning constitutes acceptance of them.

What we deliver

A cinematic property film, vertical short cuts made from the same master, an architectural study where plans are supplied, still frames at print resolution, an original score, and a closing card. Delivery is within seventy two hours of us receiving everything we need.

What we need from you

A public listing link, and where possible the original photographs. You confirm that you hold the right to supply the material you send us and to have a film made from it. We rely on that confirmation.

Ownership

On payment, the finished film and its derivatives are yours to use for as long as you wish, wherever you wish. We retain the right to show the work in our own portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Revisions

Tell us what is wrong and we will put it right. Nothing is published until you are satisfied.

Accuracy

Films are produced from the material supplied to us. Nothing is invented about a property. The architectural study is a visual orientation aid and is not a survey; it should not be relied upon for measurements, construction or valuation.

Payment

Payment is due on commission unless agreed otherwise in writing. Prices are quoted in United States dollars.

Cancellation

If you cancel before work begins there is no charge. Once production has started we may charge for work carried out.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the work described here. We are not responsible for the commercial outcome of any listing, or for losses arising from material supplied to us that you did not have the right to supply.

Changes

These terms may change. The version in force is the one published on the day you commission.
